For anyone who doesn’t know this band: play this CD “The Never Ending Way of ORWarriOR” and you know immediately where they’re from. The Middle-east is dripping of this album. The description Middle Eastern metal which is used by the band is a perfect one.
Oriental singers, melodies and metal.
“Sapari” is a very nice, solid and Oriental. The band can do more nice and easy songs as well, which they prove with “From Broken Vessels”, a perfect quiet song, of course this one is interspersed with Oriental sounds too. When this song is through we get an number of solid ones, by this Part I is wrapped up, the life of the orphan. In Part Part II he becomes a warrior, it starts nice and easy again, but there’s soon much more heavier work coming our way which brings us to the very delicious track “Disciples of the sacred oath II”, sitting still is impossible by now. ‘Fortunately’ the band has planned a little pause after this to start Part III with the nice Oriental banger “Barakah”. But to be honest: the entire Part III is a delicious cherry on the ever so nice CD.
The band has made a masterpiece, which is very well thought through en is oh so nice to listen to.
