Celtic Legacy – ‘Redux’ (2022)

As the saying goes: “nature abhors a vacuum”.
Starting from this premise, the trio from Dublin has somehow taken up the torch from another Irishman (from the North this one): the immense Gary Moore. It should be noted that at the beginning of their career the band had the surname Stomp and only did covers.
But quickly the demon of the composition came to irrigate the furrows of Celtic Legacy. Their claim not to be labeled as a folk metal band suggests that the trio is more than that.
Heavy, folk, blues, superb guitar parts intertwine to give birth to music bursting with groove and feeling flowing from all sides. Northern Irish genius Celtic Legacy has copied practically everything, but the real feat is that these artists have been able to update and modernize their sound to make it a hyper contemporary work.
This fifth album will take you on a journey through the verdant Irish moorland in pursuit of mischievous elves who populate Celtic mythology. This poetic getaway despite its heavy aspect is a real invitation to transcendence that will take you into an ocean of pleasure.
Celtic Legacy is certainly in the pantheon of formations that are the strength of Celtic culture in its purest chemically tradition. Album recommended to the most wandering souls.
What a treat my ancestors!!!
