Biersbreaker is a folk-metal band formed in 2010 in the city of Donostia (Basque Country). In 2012 they recorded their first LP ‘Shout for War’ and in 2016 the EP ‘Drunken Bards’.
The music has a melodic death-metal base that is fused with folk elements of the Atlantic tradition. The band uses bagpipes and whistle but they will add hurdy-gurdy, dultzaina, accordion and bodhram as well when it’s needed.
