In 2007 Danny, who was feeling like writing folk-metal songs, created Encorion. After a while he had a enough material to record something to explore how the band should sound like. With help of Michael, a member from former bands, there were drums programmed and guitar- and basslines recorded. When he heard what it sounded like he decided there should be formed a band. When the band was formed they missed something and a violist was added.
In 2011 a début-album was released.
