The story of Haeredium begins in 2009. The band is influenced by bands as Korpiklaani, Eluveitie and Ensiferum, the five musicians write music combining electric guitars and folk melodies.
The musical and thematic focus of the group shows the desire to integrate sounds reminiscent of folklore (accordion, flute, mandolin, bouzouki) and words related to nature and mythology in English, French or German.
