Pandemonaeon was founded by a singer who was enchanted by Celtic melancholia and a guitarist whose trademark was unusual chords. With this background they create soundscapes with folk-influences form the Orient, Scandinavia and with Celtic influences. Gothic Tribal Folk Metal is what the band calls it. You have to look very hard for the metal in it, but the band surely has an unique sound. After a long break the band in back in 2010 with a third album.
